Daphne D’Alesio

Serving as Director of Operations for Pirata Group ‘Growth’ Brands, Daphne is a highly experienced multi-site manager with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry in London.

Hailing from Italy originally, Daphne’s passion for hospitality started from a young age thanks to her father’s restaurant in Barcelona, where she would spend her summers assisting the family business. Daphne then moved to London in 2014 where she was part of the opening team for the first restaurant in Europe of the American brand Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. She then continued her career within leading F&B restaurants across Italian and American cuisines, both fast paced and refined concepts. While working full time, she graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Business Psychology from the University of Greenwich.

Daphne joined Pirata Group in 2021 and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with business resolve, overcoming challenges and driving her teams to succeed to the highest standard to this very day.
