Recently, environmental sustainability awareness has expanded and modes of green consumption are becoming increasingly popular. The importance of this issue is something we should all consider when going about our daily lives. We feel very passionately about this at Pirata Group. That’s why you won’t find any plastic straws in any of our restaurants and in our events space, The Loft – Wong Chuk Hang, we only stock biodegradable packaging and cutlery made from corn-starch.
There are many ways in which you can reduce your waste, such as bringing your own bag to the store or market. We’ve actually made a fabulously durable Pirata Group tote bag. Ask your server about our tote the next time you’re in one of our restaurants, whilst stocks last!
