Put On A Happy Face
5 years ago this month, we opened The Optimist. It was the second restaurant to join the Pirata Group fold, right after our flagship Pirata. Located right in the heart of Wan Chai on Hennessy Road, the Northern Spanish grilling hub has been instrumental to our growth as a group.
We`ve shared so many incredible memories at The Optimist over the past half decade and would not be where we are today without it`s inherently positive atmosphere, delicious dishes and wonderful team.
To celebrate, The Optimist is hosting a 5 Years of Optimism Celebration Dinner on Thursday 22 October from 18:00 onwards. This night will include the best of The Optimist, a feast that features dishes from La Despensa, tapas and all the fan-favourite signature dishes. Join us in raising a glass to half a decade of fun, it`s time to eat your heart out and be happy!
