Pici Taikoo Place Now Open!
Popular pasta bar debuts its largest venue to date with four exclusive dishes joining signature pasta plates for Quarry Bay-bound guests
Pirata Group is proud to announce that our tenth Pici is now officially open! Located within the bustling business hub of Taikoo Place, the newest Pici boasts 3,200 square feet of indoor and outdoor space and 155 seats all ready to enjoy our brand`s signature pasta magic for lunch and dinner every day.
Designed by Pirata Group`s award winning in-house design and store development team, this bright and spacious new Pici provides a welcoming space for the office crowds of Taikoo Place, a place where one can indulge in traditional hand-rolled Italian pastas while soaking in the breezy atmosphere and fun-fueled vibe that draws thousands through Pici`s doors across Hong Kong every day.
As always, hungry guests will be in good hands at Pici. Head Chef Dean Lovell joins Pici Executive Chef Davide Borin in creating four new dishes exclusive to Taikoo Place. These include new takes on starters such as the Chef`s Selection Cold Cuts HKD130 with 18 months aged Parma ham, brie cheese and red grapes; as well as the crispy Fried Calamari HKD110 served with a chili garlic mayo and lemon.
Next, two new handmade pasta dishes showcase Pici`s winning approach to crave-worthy pasta creativity and flavour: the Chitarra alle Vongole HKD160 that hits locals` love of seafood with meaty Manila clams and squid ink infused chitarra with saffron butter and topped with Japanese-style breadcrumbs, panko; and the comforting Ravioli with Duck Ragu HKD150 with creamy leek and parmesan filling blends with tender slow braised duck leg ragu with green peas.
