Join us in November as we showcase premium white Alba truffle through a special tasting menu with seven (7!) white truffle dishes expertly prepared with love by our culinary team.

The 4-course White Truffle Extravaganza tasting menu (650 p.p.) includes a decadent White Truffle Beef Carpaccio, Homemade Tagliatelle with 24-month aged Parmigiano-Reggiano showered with truffle shavings, a white truffle-topped Butcher`s Cut Wagyu beef flank steak, Pan Seared Cod served `Menuire` style in white truffle butter, a special White Truffle Ice Cream and more.

Every course is paired with wine from a powerhouse region, including Barolo, Asti and a Piedmont Riesling to add extra opulence to your aromatic truffle feast (optional wine pairing 300 p.p. supplement).
