Prior to joining Pirata Group, he honed his chops as Head Japanese Chef at Mei Ume in Four Seasons Hotel London, Head Sushi Chef at Restaurant de Laurent in Hotel Café Royal, Head Japanese Chef at Devonshire Club, Head Japanese Chef at W Hotel London, and Head Sushi Chef at Sushi No’en. A consummate artist and culinary professional, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to develop menus, oversee kitchen operations, manage finances, and nurture talent throughout his career.
