Robert Raupach

Robert began his career with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, taking on a range of roles in their London F&B operations. He moved to Hong Kong in 2015 on his first gig as Restaurant Manager – first for Classified Group, then for 22 Ships by Jason Atherton. Having honed his chops from all day cafe to upscale casual, Robert joined Pirata Group, further stretching his versatility across cuisines and dining styles in our Signatures cluster. In his current role as Operations Manager, Robert now looks after two of the Group’s growth engines – Pici and The Pizza Project.
