This festive season, you`re home for the holidays. Pirata Group welcomes guests with special tasting menus at every restaurant – your home for the holidays.
To lift the city`s spirits and make extraordinary memories, specially curated menus will present the best holiday cuisines from each restaurant`s respective home country. Guests are invited to enjoy a sparkling ambiance and heartwarming gatherings to fulfil holiday wishes for those unable to travel to see their nearest and dearest this season.
Pirata
It will be all festive at the flagship as the group`s original namesake restaurant, Pirata, will serve special tasting menus for brunches and dinners. Families and friends will delight in sharing generous dishes of honest Italian food, made with fresh ingredients and cooked with love. Special three-course tasting menus (from HKD378 per person) will feature fan favourite Pirata classics such as Burrata and Cold Cuts as well as delicious pastas like Spaghettini all`astice (lobster spaghetti) and hearty mains including the Christmas Veal Roast and Fresh Fish of the Day. Traditional Tiramisu and Pannettone are the sweet finishes to a satisfying, celebratory feast.

The Optimist
Indulge in irresistible Northern Spanish cuisine at The Optimist this holiday season with special brunch and dinner menus (from HKD550 per person), sure to leave a smile on your face. Beloved tapas range from fresh and juicy Gambas `al Ajillo` and Bluefin Tuna Tartare to flavourful Truffle Croquettes. Main selections include the tremendously popular Juicy Lobster Rice and the deliciously grilled Suckling Pig, amongst other fan favourites.
New this year is a dedicated Vegetarian Menu (HKD580 per person) featuring 12 month-aged Manchego cheese, Stuffed Piquillo Peppers and Mushroom Rice with Porcini and Caramelized Onion sofrito, that makes it easier for everyone to celebrate around the same table together. `Pa amb Xocolata` and Basque Cheesecake for dessert are the delectable punctuations to an indulgent holiday meal, ringing in the next year in a positive spirit.
Tokyolima
Nowhere else puts on a culinary celebration quite like TokyoLima and this season is no exception with extra-joyous Nikkei brunch and dinner menus (from HKD448 per person). Curated by Peruvian Culinary Director Arturo Melendez, each holiday menu is a bountiful multi-course selection of exotic signature dishes, from Small Plates such as the La Causa, T-3 salad and Buri Tiradito, through to generous sharing plates like the Maguro Nuevo with tuna, avocado, sesame, beetroot mayo and tobiko. Guests will welcome further indulgences like the Picanha, grilled rump steak covered in anticuchera sauce and sweet potato puree, and the Secreto of TokyoLima, slow cooked `secreto` Iberico pork with sweet soy sauce and garlic chips; before concluding their excotic festive dinner with a delightful selection of deserts including Oye Papi chocolate mousse and Free4You, a gluten free orange & almond cake. With the buzzing izakaya atmosphere and other surprises planned by The TokyoLima team, holiday evenings here will be can`t miss events.
Pici
The world`s local pasta bar, Pici, serves up a home-style festive brunch full of heartwarming flavours perfect for Hong Kong`s cooler season. The brunch menu (HKD248 per person) kicks off with much-loved Italian appetizers, including Truffle Bresaola Rolls and Melted Provolone; followed by delicious main courses, including the signature Truffle Tagliolini, Christmas Cannelloni, and Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Gnocchi. Dessert lovers should not miss the classic Tiramisu and Panna Cotta topped with raspberry coulis as satisfying treats at the end of the meal.
Pici will also be serving an exclusive Festive Goodies a la carte menu with limited time specials including King Prawn Taglioni, Christmas Ravioli and Wild Berries Creme Brulee.

Meats
MEATS will be a treat for true carnivores this festive season with brunches and dinners full of succulent and juicy cuts. Feasting on a five-course Christmas tasting menu (HKD490), guests will enjoy hearty mains including the tender Porchetta surrounded with crisp, crackling skin and accompanied by romesco sauce, the nostalgia-inducing Roasted Turkey basted in gravy sauce and cranberry jam, and Roasted Sirloin in peppercorn sauce. Decadent Dulce de Leche Cheesecake served with meringue brings a sweet finish to the celebration.
Chaiwala
Chaiwala, our colourful enclave on Wyndham Street, is the ideal place for a more spacious holiday gathering rich in South Asian cuisine and character. Brunch and dinner menus (from HKD348 per person) on Christmas Eve, Day and New Year`s begin with signature Indian snacks and appetisers like Pani Puri with Jal-Jeera, Rara kheema pav âBombay bunâ and Malabar Scallops, before tucking into mouth-watering curries including Kerala Fish Curry, Old Delhi Butter Chicken and Tangara Chili Paneer. These are followed by smoky, charcoal-grilled meats and vegetables fresh off the Tandoori. All plates are made to be shared. The festival of flavours ends on a selection of Bollywood desserts to treat the sweet tooth of all who have gathered before the festive dancing begins.
Honjo
A striking venue well suited to the eclectic year we`ve all been through together, Honjo will delight diners with specially curated brunch and dinner menus for Christmas Eve, Day and New Year`s. Through each menu (starting from HKD520 per person) the restaurant will showcase modern Japanese cuisine with multicultural influences. Highlights include Kani Salad of king & snow crab kohlrabi confit, Hamachi served with ikura, watermelon radish and ginger ponzu, Wagyu Tataki with chorizo oil and crispy quinoa, and Japanese Wagyu Tenderloin. Menus will also feature a deluxe Sashimi Selection featuring premium seasonal seafood bounty and freshly shucked Scottish Oysters, before guests finish with dessert and wine from Honjo`s 200-bottle-deep cellar.
TMK
For those seeking a cosy yet electric holiday feast off the beaten path, TMK Temakaria and Sake Bar is here with their first-ever festive menus for brunch and dinner. From HKD348 per person, guests can dig into a range of sharing starters including Chicken Karaage, Wagyu Tataki and Potato Salad followed by a Sushi & Sashimi Selection or some of TMK favourite handrolls and the delightful Dirty banana and Monaka for dessert. Taking place within the intimate, lively & loud confines of the restaurant, a holiday spent at TMK will be one spent unlike anywhere else in the city.
The Pizza Project
Never to be outdone, The Pizza Project gets in on the festive action with a special selection of Festive Goodies available only on 24, 25, 26, 31 December and 1 January. Pop into the Peel Street or Star Street restaurants to try exclusive holiday pizzas: Contadina topped with duck breast, pumpkin and gorgonzola; Truffle Carbonara with black truffle paste, quail eggs and parmesan cream; and the indulgent Costiera with seabass carpaccio, pomegranate and beet leaves. Tuck into scrumptious Chocolate Profiteroles for dessert.
