Pirata Group, Hong Kong`s purveyor of extraordinary memorable experiences, invites guests to an Eggcellent Easter. Feast on delectable special dishes created for this season of rebirth and renewal at our non-reservation restaurants: Pici, The Pizza Project and Pane e Latte, only available from 15-18 April, from 11:00 – 18:00.
Pici introduces three Easter-exclusive dishes available a la carte or as supplements to the regular weekend Brunch menu. Flan di Pasqua is a homey custard with spinach and artichokes, saffron taleggio fondue, topped with crushed hazelnuts. Girasoli Paglia e Fieno is an innovative, green-and-yellow ravioli with asparagus, ricotta, runny egg yolk and black truffle butter. Kids will love the Pici Surprise – a chocolate egg dessert with white chocolate egg, milk chocolate mousse and dark chocolate praline.

The Pizza Project
The Pizza Project`s Easter specials are The Panzerotto di Pasqua – a crispy fried turnover resembling a calzone, filled with ricotta cheese, spinach, quail eggs and fontina cheese; and The Lamb Meatballs Pizza – just as its name suggests, a pizza topped with whole lamb meatballs, creamy caprino cheese, and a mint pesto sauce. For dessert, dig into Meringata alle Fragole – delicate meringue vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries.

Pane e Latte presents you two Easter exclusive items available during 15-18 April, including the Hot Cross Bomboloni with creamy custard filling and the Uovo di Pasqua, the Italian word for Easter Egg- a white chocolate shell filled with a lemon custard, almond cake & milk chocolate.
