A wonderful way to kick start the day, a lovely mid-afternoon pick me up and a soothing drink following a meal, these are all ways in which green tea can be enjoyed. This beverage is rich in antioxidants and is a strong anti-inflammatory. Green tea is also often used as an effective tool in one’s weight loss journey.

Nuts & Seeds

Rich in fibre and healthy fats that are good for the heart, nuts and seeds are packed with antioxidant properties and can help with anti-inflammation. Great to snack on, some commonly found nuts and seeds include almonds, cashews, walnuts, peanuts, chia seeds and sunflower seeds.
