TASTE THE SEASON! GIVEAWAY T&Cs

Section I: Mechanics

❂ The giveaway is open to guests of 18 years or older, as of the date of completion of their dine-in visit during the promotion period. Employees of Pirata Group, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.

❂ To qualify for any of the prizes, guests must submit a receipt, which is equivalent to one entry.

❂ The promotion period for submitting a valid dine-in receipt from a Pirata Group restaurant (for a full list, please visit www.piratagroup.hk) is from 1 December 2025 to 1 January 2026. All receipts submitted for entry must be from visits made within this same period.

❂ For clarity, a “visit” refers to a paid and completed dine-in experience at a Pirata Group restaurant. Visits that are complimentary – such as but not limited to those earned through the Pirata App, sponsored charity prizes, corporate prizes, media or influencer hosting, or service recovery offers – are not eligible for entry.

❂ It is the guest’s sole responsibility to enter this giveaway by submitting their receipt exclusively on the designated landing page within the promotion period. Submissions made in person, via email, WhatsApp, social media direct messages and comments, or any other method, will not be accepted.

❂ Only the actual transaction receipt from the dine-in experience is eligible for submission. Credit card receipts, statements, or any other form of payment confirmation will not be accepted as valid entries. Please ensure that the submitted receipt clearly reflects the details of the dine-in transaction.

❂ It is the guest’s sole responsibility to collect their receipt immediately after their visit. Receipts will not be issued retroactively to prevent fraudulent entries and to ensure that receipts are directly connected to a completed booking within the promotion period.

❂ Only one receipt will be issued per table or party; multiple receipts for the same table or party will not be provided.

❂ Each receipt may only be submitted once. Submitting the same receipt multiple times will be flagged as promotion abuse and fraudulent behaviour, which will result in disqualification.

❂ Multiple entries are allowed, provided they are made for separate completed dine-in visits during the promotion period. Each entry must be accompanied by a valid receipt from a distinct dine-in visit.

This giveaway may be shared on other third party touch points. Should there be any discrepancies between printed collateral and/or third-party digital collaterals that are outside of Pirata Group’s control, the information indicated on this page will prevail.

Section II: Prizes

All prizes are non-transferable and have no exchangeable cash value.

Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Pirata Group reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes that the Group deems of equivalent value.

Pirata Group and its subsidiaries, partners, employees, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any claims of damages, losses, injuries, illness, costs, or proceedings potentially incurred or suffered by guests as a result of their participation in this giveaway or during their trip related to claiming any of these prizes.

By accepting these prizes, the winners acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Grand Prize: One (1) winner of return flights for two (2) passengers from Hong Kong to Osaka. Also included are two (2) nights in a Superior Twin Harbour View room at the Dorsett by Agora Osaka Sakai; with daily breakfast. Valid for stays until 30 June 2026.

❂ The flight tickets are based on Economy class flight tickets with a maximum cash value capped at HKD7,000 per ticket all inclusive, with flight booking information to be provided by the winner by 26 February 2026. Actual travel dates are at the winner’s discretion, within the flight tickets’ bookable period. Once booked, Pirata Group holds no further responsibility for other circumstances that might impact the booking or ticket price, if any, including but not limited to re-scheduling, change of price due to rescheduling, change of price due to amendments of personal information or add-on;s at the winner’s discretion, cancellations, force majeure or change of Terms & Conditions at the airline’s discretion.

❂ The winner will receive a prize letter from the Dorsett by Agora Osaka Sakai, with a corresponding validity period, within which the stay must be booked by the winner directly. These prizes are governed by their respective Terms & Conditions including but not limited to blackout dates.

❂ Pirata Group holds no responsibility, authority or liability over Dorsett by Agora Osaka Sakai’s governing rules and the prize’s rules of use.

❂ The winner is expected to secure their own travel insurance. Travel involves inherent risks that the winner must accept and bear. Pirata Group, along with its subsidiaries, partners, employees, directors, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, illness, or other issues that may arise during the winner’s travel or stay.

❂ Pirata Group shall not be responsible for securing any necessary travel documents, including but not limited to visas. Winners are solely responsible for checking and obtaining the appropriate documents required for their travel destination in a timely manner.

2nd Prize: 2-night stay in a Premier Harbour View Room at Dorsett Kai Tak, Hong Kong. Valid for stays until 30 June 2026.

❂ The winner will receive a prize letter from the Dorsett Kai Tak, Hong Kong, with  a corresponding validity period, within which the stay must be booked by the winner directly. These prizes are governed by their respective Terms & Conditions including but not limited to blackout dates.

❂ Pirata Group holds no responsibility, authority or liability over Dorsett Kai Tak, Hong Kong’s governing rules and the prize’s rules of use.

3rd Prize: HKD 2,000 in Pirata Group Dining Vouchers. Valid until 31 August 2026.

❂ Given as four (4) units of individual HKD500 dining vouchers which must be used one at a time, on separate visits. Valid for dine-in only. Not valid in conjunction with other offers or discounts. Other rules of use apply.

Section III: Winners

❂ Winners are selected by Pirata Group management based on full eligibility and on providing an answer to the question on the entry form. However, Pirata Group management shall be under no obligation to give reasons for its decision or determination.

❂ Winners will be notified by email on 5 January 2026, Monday, and have 48 hours to respond. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours from receipt of the email; and/or expresses objection to these Terms & Conditions including but not limited to participating in post-giveaway publicity photography within the campaign calendar – Pirata Group reserves the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner.

❂ Winners will be announced by 20 January 2026 on Pirata Group’s digital newsletter and social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Other Terms & Conditions

❂ Pirata Group further reserves the right to exclude any guest(s) who violate(s) these Terms & Conditions, from the giveaway, for reasons including but not limited to untruthful personal data, incomplete submissions, fraudulent activity, or suspected manipulation of results.

❂ Pirata Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Terms & Conditions or terminate this giveaway offer without prior notice.

❂ In case of dispute, Pirata Group’s decision shall remain final and binding.

❂ By entering the giveaway, each guest agrees to the collection, use and processing of personal data for direct marketing by Pirata Group and its partners.

❂ By entering the giveaway, each guest does not object to the collection, use and processing of personal data, including the use of photographs and name, for post-giveaway publicity in Pirata Group’s and its partners’ social media platforms.

❂ By entering the giveaway, each guest agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
