BHA is dedicated to delivering birthday happiness to every less fortunate child. A joyous birthday party will serve as a very happy memory, especially in the hardest of times when they will remember that people love and care about them, and carry on living.
Guidelines for Gifts:
Appropriateness: Ensure that the gift is suitable for a child.
Non-Violent and Inclusive: Gifts should not promote violence, sexism, or racism. Aim for options that encourage kindness and inclusivity.
Consider Living Circumstances: Choose gifts that are appropriate for the child’s living situation. For example, avoid large items like teddy bears for children in confined spaces.
Brand New Gifts: All gifts must be brand new, serving as a child’s enduring reminder of the special day when they were acknowledged.
Avoid Certain Items: Please refrain from giving clothes, shoes, or food.
– Clothes and Shoes (Sizing can be challenging, making it difficult to ensure a proper fit)
– Food (There are various hygiene concerns associated with food items)
