PIRATA GROUP’S SEAS THE SEASON! GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Mechanics
- The promotion period during which guests can earn entry ticket(s) to the giveaway is from 1 December 2024 – 1 January 2025.
- The giveaway is open to guests of 18 years or over, as of the date of completion of their visit during the promotion period.
- Employees of Pirata Group, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.
- One (1) ticket to the giveaway will be given to every qualified guest who completes a paid set lunch, brunch or dinner at a Pirata Group restaurant in Hong Kong during the promotion period. For a full list of restaurants, please visit www.piratagroup.hk
- Two (2) entry tickets to the giveaway will be given to every qualified guest who completes a paid set lunch, brunch or dinner on 24, 25, 26, and 31 December 2024; and 1 January 2025
- Should there be any discrepancies between printed collateral and/or third-party digital collaterals that are outside of Pirata Group’s control, the information indicated on <landing page> shall prevail.
- Multiple entries are allowed. Every time a guest earns a new ticket following a meal during the promotion period, the guest may enter again.
- It is a guest’s sole responsibility to claim their ticket on the day of their visit.
- No ticket will be re-issued in case of loss, damage or in the event that a guest claims to have forgotten to take one on the date of their visit.
- No compensation will be given in case of forgotten tickets.
- Every ticket must be registered online to create a valid entry. It is a guest’s sole responsibility to completely and correctly fill in their entry online using the QR code provided on the ticket.
- The deadline for filling in entries is 2 January 2025, Thursday
- Only entries that are completely filled in with valid details within the specified deadline will be qualified for the giveaway
- Prizes
- Grand Prize: One (1) winner of return flights for two (2) passengers from Hong Kong to Male. Also included are two (2) nights at Hard Rock Hotel Maldives and two (2) nights at SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton; with airport transfers and half-board meal plan at both resorts.
- Airport transfers are exclusively to and from the Hard Rock Hotel Maldives and SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton.
- The flight tickets are based on Economy class flight tickets with a maximum cash value capped at HKD7,000 per ticket all inclusive, with flight booking information to be provided by the winner by 24 February 2025. Actual travel dates are at the winner’s discretion, within the flight tickets’ bookable period. Once booked, Pirata Group holds no further responsibility for other circumstances that might impact the booking or adjusted ticket price, if any, including but not limited to re-scheduling, change of price due to rescheduling, change of price due to amendments of personal information or add-ons at the winner’s discretion, cancellations, force majeure or change of terms and conditions at the airline’s discretion.
- The winner will be provided with prize letters from Hard Rock Hotel Maldives and SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton, with corresponding validity periods. Stays must be booked by the winner directly. These prizes are governed by their respective Terms & Conditions including but not limited to blackout dates. Pirata Group holds no responsibility, authority or liability over Hard Rock Hotel Maldives’ and SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton’s governing rules and the individual prize’s rules of use.
- The winner is expected to secure their own travel insurance. Pirata Group and its partners shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, costs or proceedings incurred or suffered by the guests as throughout the duration of their trip and/or as a result of their participation in claiming the prize.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no exchangeable cash value.
- Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Pirata Group reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes that the Group deems of equivalent value.
- Pirata Group shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, costs or proceedings incurred or suffered by the guests as a result of their participation in this giveaway.
- Winners
- Winners are selected by Pirata Group management based on full eligibility and on the merit of the answer to the question on the entry. However, Pirata Group management shall be under no obligation to give reasons for its decision or determination.
- Winners will be notified by email on 6 January 2025, Monday, and have 48 hours to respond. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours from receipt of the email; and/or expresses objection to these Terms & Conditions including but not limited to participating in post-giveaway publicity photography within the campaign calendar – Pirata Group reserves the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner.
- Winners will be announced by 21 January 2024 on Pirata Group’s social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Other Terms & Conditions
- Pirata Group further reserves the right to exclude the guest(s) who violates these terms and conditions, from the giveaway, for reasons including but not limited to untruthful personal data or suspected manipulation of results.
- Pirata Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions or terminate this giveaway offer without prior notice. In case of dispute, Pirata Group’s decision shall remain final and binding.
- By entering the giveaway, each guest agrees to the collection, use and processing of personal data for direct marketing by Pirata Group and its partners.
- By entering the giveaway, each guest does not object to the collection, use and processing of personal data (including the use of photograph(s) and name) for post-raffle publicity in Pirata Group’s and its partners’ social media platforms
- By entering the giveaway, each guest agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
