RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS
The promotion period during which guests can earn a raffle ticket is from 1 December 2023 (dinner) – 1 January 2024 (brunch).
The raffle is open to guests of 18 years or over, as of the date of completion of their non-festive dinner visit in December 2023 and/or designated festive meal for Brunch 23 – 26, 30 – 31 December 2023, 1 January 2024 | Dinner 24, 25, 31 December 2023.
Employees of Pirata Group, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.
One (1) raffle ticket will be given to every qualified guest who completes a non-festive dinner visit in December 2023.
Two (2) raffle tickets will be given to every qualified guest who completes a designated festive meal as follows: Brunch 23 – 26, 30 – 31 December 2023, 1 January 2024 | Dinner 24, 25, 31 December 2023.
Multiple entries are allowed. Every time a guest earns a new raffle ticket following a meal during the promotion period, they may enter again.
It is a guest’s sole responsibility to claim their raffle ticket on the day of their visit.
No raffle ticket will be re-issued in case of loss, damage or in the event that a guest claims to have forgotten to claim one on the date of their visit.
It is a guest’s sole responsibility to completely and correctly fill in their raffle entry online using the QR code provided on the raffle ticket.
The deadline for filling in raffle entries is 3 January 2024, Wednesday.
Only entries that are completely filled in with valid details will be qualified.
Prizes are as follows: One (1) winner of return flights for two (2) passengers to Japan; and (2) runners-up with HKD10,000 Pirata Group e-gift card each.
All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
The 1st prize is based on Economy class flight tickets from Hong Kong to any destination in Japan with a maximum cash value capped at HKD15,000 per ticket all inclusive, with all booking information to be provided by the winner by 27 June 2024. Actual travel dates are at the winner’s discretion. Pirata Group holds no further responsibility for re-scheduling, change of price due to rescheduling, change of price due to amendments of personal information or add-ons at the winner’s discretion, cancellations, force majeure or change of terms and conditions at the airline’s discretion.
Winners are selected by Pirata Group management based on full eligibility and on the merit of the answer to the question on the raffle entry. However, Pirata Group management shall be under no obligation to give reasons for its decision or determination.
Winners will be notified by email on 5 January 2024, and have 48 hours to respond. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours from receipt of the email, Pirata Group reserves the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner.
Winners will be announced on 15 January 2024 on Pirata Group’s social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Pirata Group reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent value.
Pirata Group shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, costs or proceedings incurred or suffered by the guests as a result of their participation in the raffle.
Pirata Group further reserves the right to exclude the guest(s) who violates these terms and conditions, from the raffle, for reasons including but not limited to untruthful personal data or suspected manipulation of results.
Pirata Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions or terminate this raffle offer without prior notice. In case of dispute, Pirata Group’s decision shall remain final and binding.
By entering the raffle, each guest agrees to the collection, use and processing of my personal data for direct marketing by Pirata Group.
By entering the raffle, each guest does not object to the collection, use and processing of my personal data (including the use of my photograph(s) and name) for post-raffle publicity in Pirata Group’s social media platforms.
